library shall make the collection readily available to
researchers.

The
librarian shall render guidance and assistance to
researchers on the use of the reference collections composed
of standard reference books such as encyclopedias, manuals,
atlases, indexes, biographical dictionaries, handbooks, etc.
that are available in text forms and hard copies.

The
librarian shall market and offer to library users the varied
reference collections like encyclopedias, yearbooks,
dictionaries, handbooks, maps etc. that can be searched in
CD-ROM formats; he/she shall guide and assist users in
searching and printing materials.
